This resource is designed to mirror a continuous improvement process and aims to help districts better understand and address the challenges they face in providing equitable access to excellent teachers for the students who need it most.
Teams can use this resource to support them as they design a theory of improvement while identifying and addressing equity gaps. Teams can utilize steps 1-3 to engage and communicate with community stakeholders to inform equity plan development, review and analyze data to address equity gaps, and conduct a root cause analysis to support the development of an aim and theory of improvement.
