MAEC created the CI4E Hub under the leadership of nationally-recognized experts in continuous improvement, equity, and K-12 education. With their support, MAEC identified resources and refined sets of continuous improvement strategies to help teams successfully embed equity goals and practices in their efforts.

MAEC was founded in 1992 as an education non-profit dedicated to increasing access to high-quality education for culturally, linguistically, and economically diverse learners.
