How the process works

To receive a customized list of recommended resources, select an area and respond to the following equity questions in each of the following areas:

  • Representation: How your team’s knowledge, social identities, and biases impact your work
  • Structures: How the design of your team’s systems embed or disrupt equity
  • Process: How equity plays a role in your team’s decision-making
  • Describing the Aim: How the development and results of your work align with community values

Choose an area to access the equity questions. Completing all areas ensures that equity is centered and embedded throughout the stage. Questions can be answered individually or as a team.
