Educators can use this downloadable document to define roles and responsibilities within processes and ensure all stakeholders are aware of how they work together to achieve outcomes from processes. This document includes the editable RACI chart for educators, an instruction guide for filling out the template, and links to an example of a completed RACI chart. While the tool does not have an explicit equity lens, it can be used to assess power structures and support inclusive dynamics among team members.
Teams can use this document to articulate, delineate, and monitor roles and responsibilities throughout improvement work.
