This resource supports the development of a driver diagram that depicts the system. Although the tool does not have an explicit equity focus, it clearly outlines the process to develop a driver diagram and its ties to Plan, Do, Study, Act Cycles putting practitioners at the center.
Teams can use this resource as an introductory and/or foundational resource to support school teams’ understanding of the testing strategy or approach. Additionally, teams can use this article to guide the development of aims, drivers, and change ideas.
