The visual allows users to consider the role intimate influencers and community assets have on students’ learning. This tool can also help leaders and teams reflect on their local context and dynamics, as well as the larger education ecosystem.
Teams can utilize this resource as a visual checkpoint for holding organizations accountable for authentic engagement with stakeholders in the “community” and “influencer” spheres, rather than circumventing them. Network participants might ask with each effort to impact students, “How have I called upon the expertise, authority, and initiative of those in the community and influencer spheres to do this?”
