In this slide deck the Community College Equity Assessment Laboratory (CCEAL) outlines its strategic equity process and model for supporting historically underserved students in community colleges. An example root cause analysis is presented as a way for education stakeholders to speak and think about disparities and struggles through a different lens. The slide deck contains guidance and understandings of inequitable systems. The root cause analysis exercise on slides 30-40 is most relevant to the continuous improvement for equity process.
