This slide deck provides an overview of implicit and explicit bias within philanthropy. The content of the deck can help leaders and teams examine “how are we situated in understanding ourselves within structures” and how implicit bias/stereotype threat can impact everyday interactions. Slides 15-28 are most relevant to the continuous improvement for equity process.
