Engage in self-reflection activity

What emotions are bubbling to the surface for you now? Can you identify why? Change cannot occur without confronting reflecting on personal biases: equity work requires personal engagement because this work is about you. Please pay attention to your reactions and lean into discomfort. Your colleagues may experience different emotions and reactions to engaging in this work; seek to understand where those experiences differ.
