This is document includes an example of Baltimore City Public Schools’ theory of improvement. The document also includes the district’s driver diagram, a map of alignment of partners, and the agenda for their first Partner Roundtable. This resource provides an outline teams and leaders can follow to develop and rollout their theory of improvement.
Teams can use this protocol to “better understand the process leading a particular outcome” and monitor progress towards an aim and ensuring equity considerations throughout the process.
