This workbook is designed to capture some standardized information about key systems in schools pertaining to college readiness and/or GPA. This documentation guide provides key questions for task completion and monitoring completion. Although it does not specifically address equity, this workbook reflects many best practices related to continuous improvement work.
Teams can use this workbook to guide process documentation including consideration of breakdowns and remediation of processes to planning for the next cycle of implementation.
