CI4E Hub Team Presents at American Evaluation Association (AEA) Conference

CONFERENCE - November 08, 2022

On Wednesday, November 9, 2022, MAEC’s Content Specialist Marianna Stepniak will present “Continuously Improving Continuous Improvement” at the poster session at the American Evaluation Association. This presentation will discuss the shift in evaluation practices from Continuous Improvement (CI) to Continuous Improvement for Equity (CI4E) and provide an overview of MAEC’s newly launched CI4E Resource Hub.

School and district leaders, technical assistance providers, and education evaluators can use the CI4E Resource Hub to identify and increase the role that equity plays in their continuous improvement processes. Participants will be invited to navigate the website themselves, exploring equity questions developed by leading experts in the field; a survey tool that provides users with a customized list of resources; a searchable database of resources; and a glossary of terms related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Marianna Stepniak is a member of the MAEC Team that managed the content development and design of the CI4E Resource Hub. MAEC designed the Hub in collaboration with nationally-recognized experts in continuous improvement, equity, and K-12 education. See the poster below.
